This iOS application facilitates the opening and analysis of DNA sequencing files in the AB1 format. It offers a range of practical features, including "Reverse Complement," "Jump to" specific regions, sequence copy and paste functions, rapid scrolling through sequences, chromatogram adjustments, and segment searching capabilities.

When integrated with other compression applications and web-based tools such as BLAST, this app provides a comprehensive platform for DNA sequence analysis and quality assessment of sequencing files.

The app supports cloud storage access via services like Dropbox, enabling seamless retrieval and management of sequencing data.

Its recent update ensures compatibility with iOS 7.1.
